These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StreamQ website at https://streamq.app (“Site”) and the services provided by StreamQ. By using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of StreamQ
StreamQ is a web application designed for livestream creators, especially those on platforms like TikTok, who host music reaction streams. It allows viewers to submit song requests from popular streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, SoundCloud, YouTube) or upload MP3 files directly. The app manages these requests in a queue, with an option to pay and skip the line via Stripe integration. StreamQ also provides email or SMS notifications when a song is about to play and integrates with OBS to display the current song and submitter on the livestream.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights
When you purchase a package from StreamQ, you gain access to the platform for the duration of the package. Users may cancel their subscription at any time but will retain access to the platform for the previous billing period.

3. User Data and Privacy

4. Non-Personal Data Collection
